PEACH COLOUR ROSE
This photographic sculpture of a peach rose forms part of Consumer Loves, a series that investigates the longing that underpins our search for happiness in the things we consume. The rose, soft and romantic, is a symbol loaded with expectation—of love, tenderness, and beauty. But here, in its perfect stillness and heightened presentation, it becomes something else: a product of desire. Captured as sculpture, the flower is no longer alive, only an image of what we want it to be. This work reflects the quiet contradiction at the heart of consumer culture—how even our most intimate symbols are shaped, sold, and ultimately emptied by our need to possess them.

You can return this item within 30 days for any reason. Strictly 30 days. Any damage incurred during transportation, please send verification images and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Rory Fink is a photographic artist based in Melbourne, Australia and has been working in the creative industry since completing a bachelor of arts in fine arts photography in 2002. Rory has exhibited in a number of galleries and has been a finalist in numerous competitions over a decades long career.
