RED BALLOON HEART
This photographic sculpture of a red balloon heart forms part of Consumer Loves, a series exploring the deep-rooted longing that underpins so much of our daily lives. The heart—playful, mass-produced, and ephemeral—becomes a symbol of our endless pursuit of happiness through objects, experiences, and ideals that shimmer with promise but rarely satisfy. In capturing this inflated icon in sculptural form, I aim to freeze a moment of desire: vibrant, seductive, but ultimately hollow. The work speaks to the paradox of contemporary longing—how the things we chase with the most urgency often leave us with an ache for something more.

COMPLETED SCULPTURES
If the sculpture is completed then we can post the sculpture within a few business days. If the sculpture has not been completed, please allow a 2-3 week window to complete the sculpture. Each listing will state at the top whether or not the sculpture is ready to be posted.

You can return this item within 30 days for any reason. Strictly 30 days. Any damage incurred during transportation, please send verification images and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Rory Fink is a photographic artist based in Melbourne, Australia and has been working in the creative industry since completing a bachelor of arts in fine arts photography in 2002. Rory has exhibited in a number of galleries and has been a finalist in numerous competitions over a decades long career.
