RED AND WHITE LOLLIPOP
This photographic sculpture of a pink and white lollipop is part of Consumer Loves, a series exploring the deep-rooted longing that drives our pursuit of pleasure, beauty, and emotional reward. The lollipop—a simple, sugary object of desire—evokes childhood innocence and instant gratification. Its bright, playful swirl promises sweetness, but behind the gloss lies the question: why do we crave what fades so quickly? Captured and preserved in sculptural form, the lollipop becomes a symbol of how we chase happiness through surface pleasures—objects we consume in hope of satisfaction, only to be left wanting. This work reflects the seduction of simplicity in a world hungry for meaning.

You can return this item within 30 days for any reason. Strictly 30 days. Any damage incurred during transportation, please send verification images and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Rory Fink is a photographic artist based in Melbourne, Australia and has been working in the creative industry since completing a bachelor of arts in fine arts photography in 2002. Rory has exhibited in a number of galleries and has been a finalist in numerous competitions over a decades long career.
